  The worst staff I ever deal with , breakfast is a joke , small rooms and spaces , for example they mentioned fruit basket will be presented in day of arrival but there is nothing there even if you asked for it , no hot water in bathroom and the staff reply will be . there is nothing we can do .

  Room sizes are relatively small but overall a nice hotel to stay in the center of city and few meters away from Al Faisaliah Tower.

  I lovvved this hotel. I would book there again if I were to come to Riyadh. Receptionist very helpful. I asked her to warm up for me food that I bought the previous night, she did so with kindness. There is a nice place close by, white garden. Taxis passes by constantly in front of the hotel so you can just catch a taxi to go anywhere.

  The hotel and stay are alright. But the build quality for everything you see just seems half assed and cheap. Paper thin walls. The staff are great. The breakfast was pretty mediocre.

  Actually it was the worst !!! The cleaness very poor ,the breakfast very very bad and the services are more than bad !!!they kept me 3 days without hot water in the shower, unproductive staff ! And during my check out the manager claimed that I stealed the bathrobe! I gave him the allow to check my luggage he did in a very bad and unprofessional way and sure it wasn't there moreover he told me where is it ! I clearly mentioned that it wasn't in the room and I never used it he blamed me because I didn't informed him that the bathrobes wasn't available and he asked me to pay it cost !!!! Sure I disagreed and this is the last time I will visit this hotel ...its it's really shame on you to have such employees .
