  A nice compound, variety of apartments, mild but good security, many entertainment options from basketball, football, gym, pool, coffee shop (indoor and outdoor seating) large screens and shisha The residents are mostly Arab with some Russians and no Saudi allowed

  I’ve been to few compounds in Riyadh and this one really stands out. The outdoor cafe beside the pool is very cosy and relaxing, food is tasty and the shisha was good. I highly recommend going during the weekdays, as it gets crowded in the weekend.

  Superb Place, but they need to keep heater at each table plus service is so slow. Environment is quite good plus perfect for friends and families.

  Good outdoor place for families with good food and shisha, the orders take long time to be served.. Easy access and outside Street free parking.. Need to reserve in advance
