  لا يوجد نظافة في الغرف او بالادوار مفارش الموجودة بالغرف غير نظيفة كل ما يعمله عمال النظافة كل يوم فقط احضار للغرف كلينكس وصابون وشامبوا بدون تنظيف الغرف او العناية بنظافة الادوار وتعقيمها للاسف يحتاج الفندق للعناية اكثر من اصحاب الفندق . لايوجد نت الا بالطابق الارضي يعني خدمات النت غير جيدة ايضا

  Stayed here during Hajj 2017. We reached at night from Makkah. Cleanliness was not as it should be. Rooms were stinking because of the leftover food and rooms were not cleaned. They did that later on. Obviously during hajj few issues can occur which we should let go. Overalll it was a nice stay here.

  Very close to Madinah Haram. Comfortable, neat rooms. Also has a mobily franchise nearby if you need to get a mobile sim
