  Very poor service. Spoke to 5 different people and got 5 different stories that contradicted their own tracking information. Agreed a time for delivery which they ignored so I missed my parcel. Phoned again, supervisor refused to speak to me. Managed to arrange another delivery time and was assured everything was agreed. Delivered outside agreed time again! Absolute rubbish for an expensive service and very frustrating.

  Slightly expensive for sending documents to China. Other than that a friendly, professional experience. Clear details of ETA and invoice provided.

  The local agent of DHL is extremely bad. They do not read discussion address, while it is there in their email. They do not know how to use official national address of Saudi Post. Their delivery representatives neither speak English well nor Arabic. He doesn't even have whatsapp, so you can share your location, which he should be able to find it on his own from DHL email.You have to call their call center multiple times a day to make sure your issue was not lost. It is really a waste of time and frustrating experience.
