  My shipment received in Makkah on 31-05-2018 and even after 4 days no one has contacted to deliver my item. I am still calling DHL help line and they are just trying to persuade me. Poor experience.

  The parking area is so limited Their system of employee attendance is very week, although we called help center but we could not ship our items. I decided to go to other competitor.
