  السر في خسارة الوزن "والثبات بعد خسارته" انك تغير عاداتك بالاكل ، فتحاول انك تقلل اكلك واذا كان بالامكان تختار نوع صحي اكثر .دايت سنتر يساعد على تغيير عاداتك بالاكل الى الافضل. وليس الحل الحرمان الشبه التام لفتره محدوده . وتذكروا ان التغيير لا يأتي الا من الداخل ...

  I know it's called diet center but they do sell quite a bit of processed foods as well as soda pops which is confusing! I was hoping for natural organic but did not find any of that , I do admit though the sandwiches and juices they sell are very low in calories compared to any other restaurant.
