  Please avoid this hotel. They have cancelled my booking by saying invalid credit card. They are just piece of sh..t. Now I might not get a visa without a hotel. They just ruined my $2300 airfare and $230 visa fee.

  Good hotel some really nice staff. There's a shop inside selling tea, drinks and snacks. The beds a comfortable. Bathroom is a decent size. Free WiFi. Only 2 minutes from Al-Haram.

  My travel agent in Toronto,Canada booked this hotel for my family 02 adults and 03 children.After arriving this so called hotel which should be called old fashioned apartment building I had to deal a non english speaking receptionist .After arriving in our room bathroom was dirty, Previous guest trash was still in basket,No telephone in the room and in the narrow entrance space a light bulb cannot be turned off so staff had to took out bulb to turn off the light.Lobby WiFi is the worst from last five days of my stay it was never connected and other guests had same problem.

  One of the worst place I have ever been in my life, I wish i can give it zero stars. Anyone who is in Medina should avoid this place. We have found stain on every bed and even found blood on one of them. We also had a bathroom that stinks of mold. When we went to ask the hotel to fix it the acted like nothing was wrong and a gave us air-freshner. It is nice that it is close to the musjid but this hotel is a disgrace to Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alayhi Wasallam. Most of got sick after staying. During our Umrah, we stayed in three different hotels and that was the most expensive one. Please avoid this hotel it a health hazard.

  Standard visitors accommodation near Haram with not so small rooms nor the rooms are very big, moderate facilities for pilgrims visiting the Haram masjid which is world famous among Muslims every Muslim wants to visit medina once in his life and the rooms for rents are right in this hotel , bookings can be confirmed on advance payment of the rent
