::Nice hotel located conveniently near Aramco and Dammam 2nd industrial area. The lobby and breakfast area looks Royal. Breakfast is very nice. Once a week the hotel arranged buffet with sea food theme. For corporate guests greater discount are offered. Overall a nice property in Dammam with great comforts to offer.

::The over all of the hotel is good, however it has all the capabilities to get 5 stars, but I rate it only 4 stars for the following cons and pros. The staff here is really friendly and willing to help by any means and that is one of the best advantages that made me continue my stay for +2months. Restaurant, it it really clean, well organized but the food is not that good, repeated almost 2-3 times a week, with very limited varieties of food, i saw that during breakfast and dinner as I never attended lunch time there. Rooms, they a variety of rooms type, it is clean but misses a lot of maintenance, crack on the ceiling, lots of power switches that is useless, simply does not light or turn off any lights, light switches are not well organized and I would say that the rooms needs to have more lights as the internal rooms does not have enough daylight. Parking area is almost full most of the times, so better be prepared to return back early to find a parking slot. What I like the most here is the staff, they really made me feel home, everyone is friendly, the front desk team, room service, restaurant staff and chefs are friendly and smile to your face all the time. What I did not like most is that the rooms needs more maintenance, light and fresh air inlet.
