  The Wi-Fi is poor to say the least . Extremely overpriced for average quality . Came for business trip .. The only positive point is the groceries and laundry is close .. Definitely not coming back and not recommending the place

  Dyar is cool place to stay. Cheapest Price's. Good staff

  Not as expected. Had tried Dyar Inn last time, expecting to have similar good experience this time. Maybe in the same convenient location and very similar outside, but Dyar Residence is an old building inside that has refurbished, however, not right. There was several maintenance issues, there was no breakfast unless you go to the cooperating opposite hotel (!) and forgot to clean my room twice.
