  This hotel is extremely close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. For a 4 star hotel, the standard of the matress base for the extra bed is pretty low in my humble opinion. The matress base for the main beds are covered pretty nicely, but the matress base for the extra bed looks tattered and unrefined. The air conditioner works well, there's no complimentary bottled drinking water in the room, the free wifi works well.

  It was a horrible hotel.When we first arrived they didnt have trollies to take our bags in.The beds had springs cming out, my bed sheet was ripped,my sisters bed the cover was dirty.The Tv didnt wrk propley . The furniture was back dated from early 90s.There was no kettle in the room so couldnt make a cuppa and we asked for bottle of water they said they dont do it. The bathroom was horrible esp the sink and the flush on the toilet didnt work.It was very Dirty even tho it was cleaned.On the site this hotel was given said to be a 4star hotel No where near that.would give this hotel a half a star.But one good thing its very close to the mosque.

  A prominent hotel close to the Prophet's mosque. Rather elegant but lacking in the quality of its services. The staff communication skills are wanting, knowledge of languages other than Arabic is inadequate, understanding is limited. The hotel is overcrowded but there are few bellboys or porters, the food variety and quality is restricted. The bed size is narrow. But it's location makes it desirable for a short stay. However take care not to leave any money or valuables in the room.
