  Nice hotel.Clean and good budget hotel...only One problem everyone was complaining about is lift service visitors have to wait for long time to board the lift..Lift service is problem in this hotel. Very near to masjid Al Nawbi hardly 300 meters..

  It is one of worst experience to be here. Staff is worldwide 3rd class rather they are very cheap and cheater. They are only in making money. Bribery is at top. Give money n vet your room cleaned. Managerial staff is of lowest quality. They have no capability to be in the management, they are not better than sweepers. Indian, Bangladesh and paki staff are bastards of top quality and involved in bribery. Saudi staff has no experience to deal their customers and hardly have solutions for customers problems. Lifts are always overloaded and takes minimum 45 mins either to come down or go up. No trolley is provided for luggage. No helper is available at the time of need. All is shown in pictures only. Im sharing few pictures for my fellow friends. Moreover there is no privacy at all. All rooms are linked with attached doors to other rooms and one can not offer prayer quietly. Worst people and worst place. Its below dignity to be there.

  Very near to holy mosque. But the main priblem is the shortage of lifts.... It takes a long time about 45 to60 minuts to get into lift on namaz time..

  Extremely bad experience...... lifts are over crowded all the time usually it takes 35-45 min while waiting in the queue to getto ur room through lift. Bathroom are rarely cleaned....... rooms are extremely dirty as well...... very disappointing attitude of administration

  It’s very messed up and basic accommodation. People fight for using lifts. Not expected this at all. Never going to stay again, nor I’ll recommend this to anyone. They turn off the air con in the middle of the night or in the afternoon. No tea pot or kettle, no microwave, no soap. Over crowded and that’s why lifts gets busy and then old people gets very upset.
