  Worst customer services. Long and long customer queue waiting to be served. When you complain manager he replies "we have alot of customers".

  Lazy Staff, unprofessional environment. The individual atmosphere which destroyed teamwork. My advice; To save your time and health be away from NBD - Saudi Branch

  I got a car lease contract through NBD, they have one branch operating in the northwestern corner of Riyadh and it is literally impossible to reach them via any modern means of communication, you have to pay them a visit every single time during their working hours, which mostly coincide with your working hours too. Don't expect any feedback from them if you need it, no answers, absolutely nothing from their side unless you run after your business yourself. On the other hand, they will call you one billion and one times to remind you of paying your installment, which you have already paid on time.

  Very bad service, staff can't speak English. Long queues. Look busy do nothing kind of concept.
