  Waiting in the line for almost 2 hours, then they didn’t allow me to receive the international transaction, because it was missing 1 name (grandpather’s name) from the Saudi ID, while the requirement from WesternUnion just First and Last name, the rest is optional. unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming, and waste of time.

  Fast service and helpful staff. The place is small though.

  Good service but too small as many people are there. Try to get info from the guy infront of the entrance before you stand in the line as they will send you back to fill a form or renew your membership card.
