  Extremely bad customer service. Only nice to white expatriates and locals. This is such a popular respected global brand, but in Riyahd the staff and management do not do justice to the global reputation of Western Union. Respect people regardless of race, creed or colour. GO TO TAHWEEL AL RAJI - MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND RESPECT FOR ALL PEOPLE.

  i viset ones but the servise is too much poor, i try to send money to my friend but whem i rich the counter he just gave back my paper and no even sAy a single words if what happen or what tbe prblm is. and i try to ask he dont talk to me he call other customer 😤

  The staff at this branch are rude and unhelpful. I waited at the desk while the staff member refused to acknowledge my existence and served other people even after I said that I was next. In contrast the staff at Ersal have always treated me very well. I'd much rather spend the 50 rials on transport than walk to this Western Union.

  The very bad service. I encountered the Asian teller. And he wants to take all the money even they don't post the exchange rate.how will I know how much I give. And he will tell you that you don't have brain like he did to me. What kind of service is that. 1 star is too much for this service.
