  تقريباً اسوء وكيل اجهزة فالعالم ما انصح أبداً ان احد يشتري جهاز تابع ل هذا الوكيل حتى رقم تواصل مافيه ابغي استفسر عن قطع غيار مافي لهم رقم حتى الرقم المجاني حولني على فرع الوكيل في مصر وكلمتهم قالو تفضل بزيارة الفرع في التيلفون مانقدر نخدمك عن توافر القطع من عدمها وبعد ماتعنيت ورحت لهم الفرع ( الفرع يبعد عني حوالي 150 كلم ) صدموني بالوقت المطلوب لتوفير القطع والاسعار الخيالية للقطع و للصيانة. تجربة سيئة جداً ولن اشتري اي جهاز يتبع لهذا الوكيل مرة اخرى.

  I have been given someone elses HDD instead of my HDD, which shows seroius data protection issues amongst all the other issues encountered in using this firm The replacement HDD was smaller than the one originally fitted and came with an uprated OS (Pro instead of Home Premium) Zero stars First of all this place has no facilities to pay electronically which I find hard to believe for an authorised HP repair centre, after two days I have received a text as promised after 2 days Dear Valuable Customer Repair Estimate for your Job Order Number : xxxxxx is SAR: 750. Please provide your confirmation to proceed further by Paying Repair Charges as Advance. BAT IT Support Services No mention of how to pay and who pays for a repair in full before the repair has been completed? I think HP need to be informed Okay laptop back but despite asking at time of repair for the old hard drive to be returned, the old hard drive is nowhere to be seen Star removed as a consequence

  أسوء مركز صيانه في العالم .. قالوا بيغيرون جهازي ولهم شهر ونصف وللحين يصرفوني.. لا اعطوني جهاز جديد ولا رجعولي جهازي القديم!!!
