  Had a hair cut with Meryam, it was the worst mistake of my life. She destroyed my hair. I asked for a straightforward trim and she decided to go to town and chop my hair into a mullet. Horrible horrible horrible

  NEVER GO THERE!! I booked for hair color and cut with Mariam, I didnt get any of them good. Never go there, the process took me more than 3 hours because they did multiple appointments at the same time. I came to the salon @ 3:45 and left @ 7:30 pm with bad hair color, cut and drier. My hair now have 2 different colors, the top is darker than the bottom and still have white hair. I did it with Mariam, who I find persuasive and lier. She would tell you wait for 30 minutes and then you wait for one hour and half. And when my hair ends up with 2 different colors, she denied and said it looks good and all the same. Mariam also doesn’t listen (or understand) to what do you want, she just want to do what makes the process faster so she can do the next client. She offered me to fix the mistake and change the bottom after long discussion, the offer was to change the bottom hair color in 5 minutes into darker color. But her magical hair color didnt work for me and my hair stays the same. The worse thing is that Ohoud the manger is another terrible person, when I asked here about if my bottom hair color look different, she kept silent! Dear Ohoud and Maryam, its ok to make mistakes, but what is important is to fix the mistakes, not lie about it.
