  They used to be excellent until they started to provide service in Riyadh. The person handling the scheduling no longer picks the phone. This person is handling scheduling for Dammam and Riyadh areas so no wonder. I once tried to call him repeatedly due an urgent matter but he eventually blocked my number so I am left with no one to contact. If I call the office, they tell me that no one can help but him!!! If you have to use their service, try to avoid long term contracts or else you will get stuck. Monthly contracts should be ideal to ensure easy escape when you need to.
