  The receptionist majda or whatever her name is, is very unprofessional and rude my friend wanted to cut her hair while I was doing my nails and changed her mind after hanging up from majda. I told them I was in a rush and they told me there is no one available even though I had made an appointment earlier, the second receptionist pointed at one of the workers and said you do it. This poor lady struggled at doing my nails and took forever to get one hand done and when I saw the results I was really pissed each nail was a different shape once she finished the other hand she was unable to put the nail polish on properly this is when she admits it was her first time, she asked for help of three women the 3rd is the only that came to help who put the nail polish on in such a rush and hurry it was so thick it was never going to dry, and it didn’t every single nail ruined that night at a very important event I had. The manicurists started on my feet but unfortunately she only scrubbed half my foot and left the other half. I don’t blame the manicurists I blame the receptionist for their poor manner and organizational skills. Never going back

  I just came from the best facial treatment I have ever had and it was from Zenni (don’t know if it is spelled correctly). She was fantastic. The spa is so clean and quiet. I went right when they opened at 10:00 am and was seen right away. I scheduled my appointment the day before and everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this spa in Jeddah and will go to see Zenni again.

  Zainie "I hope I wrote her name correctly " gave me the best pedicure I have ever got in Jeddah ! But if u r specific about ur nail polish I don't recommend them, i waited for a long time for my nails to dry out , and even when the dried they remained soft and got scratched quickly, pretty much after 2 hours. I gave them 4 stars because i didn't try other services, and u know Jeddah ! It's full of surprises. I paid 125 sr for the pedicure and 20 for hands nail polis, but I think the price is discounted and the original price is higher.

  The designer is talented .. prices are high while dealing with customers is totaly unprofissional.. stuff are not 100% honest
