::Prices are high, customer service sucks and the quality of service is horrible. You basically have to yell and make an issue for them to care. I bought an AC unit which was installed incorrectly by technicians who had no clue what they were doing and as a result the fan broke 2 hours after installation. It took a week to get them to come back and replace the unit with a new one, and that happened only after I made an issue about it. Serious disappointment
