  The room is comfortable. It has a wifi although you must re-login for every 30 minutes. The restaurant area is quite small located in the 2nd & 3rd floor. I don't think that the restaurant capable to accommodate whole guests at the same time. It is suggested for you to bring the meal to your room. And like many other hotels in makkah, you will meet a wide range of nationalities here. They are very warm and happy to help you. Despite of the room is quite small, it is a great place for you to take a rest.

  3 star hotel.. Not very far from Masjid Al-Haram only takes 10-15 minutes walk. Nice rooms. Most of the staff don't understand English and Urdu that cause a major impact on room service. Has coffee shop and laundry.

  15 to 20 minute walk from the Haram. Not so great on service. Definitely not responsive on any cleaning requests. Expected better customer service.

  Makanan nya pas untuk lidah org Indonesia, jadi berasa makanan rumah.... Sayur asem labu dn ikan asin tp kurang sambel terasi nya.... Fasilitas kamar pas....tp telpon kamar tdk berfungsi.... Jgn lupa minta handuk kamar ya.....😁😁😁
