  We were very disappointed of the service of this hotel. We had several rooms during our Hajj in august - september 2017, and our bed sheets and our matress were very dirty. Even the food was not a good quality because some of us were sick because of the food. Finally, the staff members at the reception were not welcoming to us. Unfortunately this hotel was a sad experience for us...
