  New, Clean and well stocked. Does not have a wide variety, but for a neighborhood store it definitely does the job. The cleanliness helps make it an enjoyable place to shop. It's also not crowded so easy to get in / out. The shopping center it's in is empty so parking is ok for now, but once the shopping center opens, parking will definitely be a nightmare. A super market and many shops with less than 30 parking spots - bad idea.
