  The staffs are very rude and arrogant. The manager and assistant manager are arrogant ,the bank should give a proper behavioral training to them before put them into customer service.Not only they behave bad,most of the time they are absent and eventually a harassment to customers.

  Before it was good but now the employee are showing very very rude behavior. All the employees are not attending there duty and are absent always... I prefer to terminate all the employees and hire fresh young employees.....

  Good exchange rate but pathetic service, they closed the bloody branch at 7:00PM instead of 8:00PM plus the staff's attitude sucks.
