::WORST and BAD SERVICE!!! no more Fedex for me and for our business. we will not use their service anymore! and we will not suggest FEDEX to anyone. my friend from Jeddah sent me a very important document for EXPRESS service package it means within 24 hrs. but it's 48 hours already and there's no update. Agent says it's still in Jeddah!!! such a shame....
