::One star is too much! I called the 800-244-2222 number to track a shipment that has not been delivered on time. I called between the hours of 12:20pm and 2:15pm on the 6th of May 2018, and was only on hold, listening to the recording saying that my call is very important to them (apparently not true), then finally someone in their call center picked up the line, listened for about 3 seconds, and then hung up the line... let's have a little bit of Professionalism Please! Then I called Abdulatif Jameel Co. in Jeddah, and they gave me a number to call Fedex in Dubai, +971-800-4050. May God Bless us all 🙏 *I recommend using Aramex for normal shipments, or DHL for express shipments. (-An American living in Saudi Arabia)

::Every shipping comapny in KSA sucks, atleast Fedex has good tracking system, other low ratings are alarming but if you read SMSA reviews, DHL and others are also rated very low, best solution? save money and leave the country for couple of days to receive the shipment, there is no such thing as consumer rights in KSA.

::probably the worse services I've ever seen. My package has been delayed for a month and still counting! Just go with DHL, my package there arrived in 2 days from the states.
