  Fitness First Arqah is an indoor gym that caters to the physical fitness of their clients! Fitness First is a chain of indoor gyms located in the different areas and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The membership to this Gym allows the individual the right to do physical activities inside the gym for he duration of the contract from 6 months to 1 year! The gym opens early and closes late at night thereby allowing flexibility in time schedules. There instructors that will attend and monitor the exercises made by the customer! Inside there are a whole lot of equipment from an indoor oval to indoor swimming pool and other exercise gadgets...

  Clean and spacious gym. All equipment. Not oversubscribed.

  Old machines even though the gym is brand new. Equipment are not enough to meet all members' needs. Space is not well used in the gym. The trainers don't help unless you register for personal training sessions. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Pool is cold. Steam room is very small.
