  ( its open in the mornings ) for early bird people i like this place , reasons its quiet most of the time , also its clean and gives you a sense of privacy although the trainers there are meh not all but most not ver attentive , i still give it 5 stars because its worth it i wished the had lower prices but i kinda undestand after getting 6 months on another gym as gift i would have loved to trade that with one month in this gym

  Wonderful gym and compact from cross fit , bodybuilding, swimming and all personal trainer too . Just grap you gear and rock and roll.
