  Best gym ever, if you visit during the down time Great atmosphere, great staff, and great equipment. They want to be known as an elite members gym, so they quadrupled the fees I find I'm going for networking more than working out

  Best gym in KSA, well equipped and organized. Full clean and well maintained facilities. Cardio machines, weights and muscle training equipments, groups training hall, track swimming pool, large functional training and kick boxing room.. steam room, sona, jacuzzi Lockers, towels, slippers, shower, grooming tools ... etc all you need is to show up and practice.

  Very calm place for a large gym, the weight lifting equipment are top class, the atmosphere is friendly. The changing rooms are private, they have a barber, Morrocan bath, and a massage. They have a basketball court, squash, and resting area with oxygen tanks, coffee, and a pool table
