  Fitness time plus is where you can work out and get fit in an exclusive environment. They also have a barber who is white tallanted, a morrocan bath and massage. The lounge is a great place to relax, read, play pool and just chill. At fitness time plus ... You are paying more... But you are getting more. There are so.e things they ate missing, I like basketball and they closed down their indoor court and converted it to another activity, there is no ping-pong table ... But hey nothing is perfect and it doesn't have to be. Fitness time has excellent facilities and fitness plus takes it to the next level.

  All you need to have in a gym. Avoid going there between 18:00 and 21:00 as it is very crowded and finding a parking is a challenge!

  Best gym in Saudi Arabia. Their steam room is HUGE and nicely decorated!
