  Fitness Time Plus is the highest category in the fitness time franchise. It's prerogative is clearly to occupy the same temporal space a country club would in the Hamptons. From indoor golf to turkish baths, and an artisan barbershop, it has everything a white collar professional would want in a leisure environment. As far as being a gym goes, it doesn't offer that much more than the lower ranks of fitness time insofar as equipment goes. With that being said, it doesn't lack much either. Swimming pool, running track, and functional fitness zones alongside the new crossfit box and boxing studio makes it a comprehensive facility for sports training or recreational fitness. The difference in price between fitness time plus with its lower red counterpart is significant. Is the price justified? Let's use an analogy and decide...what does a BMW do in so far as driving experiences go that a Volvo doesn't? Very little...but why do people pay so much more then? Saudi Arabia is a country where aesthetics acts as a currency. Society here analyzes your consumption habits and uses this to write your review. Just like buying a BMW, joining fitness time plus places you in an exclusive group placed high in the upper echelon of Saudi society. Being in fitness time plus is like being on the first class section of a long haul flight...you pay a significant amount extra in order to enjoy a unique experience whilst getting from a to b. What this gym lacks in sports specific services, it makes up for in an abundance of opulence and ostentatious vanity. Was this gym a five star experience? Absolutely. Did it have anything in the way of fitness and sports training that isn't offered in business class fitness time red or economy class yellow pro? Not significantly no.

  Selective , nice but close the pool at prayer times..also they dont allow music inside

  clean & good equipments, heated pool, sauna & steam room, cold/warm jacuzzi, they provide clean towels & bottled water, there is a relaxing lounge with a terrace .. many trainers that will guide u .. can hire a personal trainer but its expensive

  Very nice high end facility but not much else. Overpriced, very few barely qualified trainers and little in the way of actual classes. If you only need a facility and you can justify the price consider it, otherwise not really recommended.
