  worst airline ever. All flight are late . No response from helpline. No reply from email. Booking from credit card shows error but thry deduct my payment anf perform the bookin for same flight twice. Still not recieve my amount. Now i will go to their office. Only facebook person is good and helping, but nothing useful done at all in my case.

  Reference No.:N34SKV (Jeddah - Riyadh, Friday 29-12-2017). They lost our baby stroller and 1 ZamZam bottle (5 L). Complaint has raised on same day in airport with some form filled. They took back the form but until now nothing has happened everyday am calling them to check unfortunately as expected same response that no news from airport we will contact you tomorrow.

  Chair space is the same if flynas but their plane is new mostly I used for my travel to jeddah
