::Do not waste time here. I went there today (Apr 24, 18) to purchase S9+. Apparently there is ONLY one salesman per shift. My bad luck, the morning one didn't come to work that morning. NONE of the other 5 staff there would sell me! They told me to come in the evening when the salesman of 2nd shift would come. It is not a professional company. It's a circus company :)

::Worst Attitude by the staff. Staff doesnt have the basic knowledge of counting no of months from date of purchase to determine warranty Timing is very difficult for working people but the staff will even say shop is closed @ 4.30PM thought the actual timing is 5.00 PM I gave my usb cable for replacement.i wasted one hour each of my office hours for 2 days to submit my damaged one. Now coming to getting the replaced one,Today i went around 4.40 but the staff are so punctual they shut down thier system by 4.30 and told to come tommorow. Will never ever get the samsung product as the after sales service are so worst Note.i wont get the replced damaged one rom the service centre.Fedup with the attitude

::كان عندي نوت5 ضمان الذهبي سنتين وانتفخت البطارية وانفتح الغطاء الخلفي.. ويعتبر عيب مصنعي بالبطارية.. والموظف يقول عطل بالبطارية وضمانها فقط 12 شهر اما الجوال 24 شهر.. مع العلم البطارية ما تنفك.. داخلية.. كيف ضمانها فقط 12 شهر.. انا الحمدلله جوالي لسا ماكمل سنة.. لذلك دخلتو على الضمان.. بعد السنة تدفع قيمة البطارية 400 ريال..

::10 أسابيع وجهازي قيد التصليح ولم أستلمه بعد!! أسوأ خدمة تعرضت لها في حياتي. موظفين جاهلين غير متعاونين, يماطلون وبطيئون جداً. محترفين للنصب والمماطلة. أنصح أي شخص يفكر في زيارة المركز أن يذهب إلى سوق المرسلات أو أي مركز تصليح أخر. عند زيارتك لهم سيخبروك أن الجهاز يستغرق أسبوع إلى ثلاثة ليتصلح, ولكن جهازي لا يزال قيد التصليح بعد 10 أسابيع!! معاملة سيئة جيداً.
