::Location is a problem. And there is no shuttle service of the hotel itself. The guests use the shuttle of nearby hotels which are very rare, and have to wait long time at Haram station, there is no certainty anyways. The other problem is language, we don't find any English speaking staff there. So you cannot get guidance. Other than these two issues, the rest is fine.
