  Extremely bad hotel and extremely bad service. I requested early check-in and they made me pay an extra night for checking in five hours before the stated time, even though my request was approved. The toilet wouldn't flush, it was completely non-functional, we asked for a plumber, one came and left and the toilet still wouldn't flush. There were no towels in the room when we checked in. There was no daily cleaning of the rooms and no housekeeping were available. The bathroom wasn't clean when we checked in, there was actually a mop in the bathroom, like I'm supposed to clean it myself, never have I experienced this in any hotel or motel There is no restaurant at the hotel, I wouldn't call it a hotel it's a motel at best if even that. There is no luggage storage, they won't keep your luggage in any form before or after checking in or out. When checking out they wouldn't politely allow us to stay an extra two hours, which we had a right to as we paid for an extra night. We had to fight and ask them to call the police twice before they gave up. The air conditioning unit in the room was very old and loud and pigeons would stand on the external unit making quite the racket. The mini fridge wouldn't freeze or cool well enough to keep our food. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me and I wouldn't recommend it. Note: Durrat Dar AlEiman right across the street is run by the same people and even has the same front desk personnel, I wouldn't recommend it either.
