  The hospitality is great. However I would live grilled veg instead of steamed! Unfortunately they look like hospital dish.

  Firstly, I never rate restaurants; however, this experience made me want to share. I give this place 2 stars because their customer service isn’t good, in fact, it’s abominable. I reckon they’ve never heard the term “customer is always right”. My friend didn’t like the dish she ordered because it was too greasy and she wanted to trade it for a different item instead. She had only taken a couple of bites of the dish. They refused to do this and their reply was “you ate some of it, and you read the description of the dish on the menu, right?” Of course she would have to taste it to come to the conclusion that she couldn’t eat it. There was no offer of discount, no offer of any compensation whatsoever to attempt to remedy the situation. As a result, there are three people who will never go there again and will never recommend this place to others. Such a shame, because the location is good.
