::الأكل بارد و المكان زحمه. معظم الأكل غير متوفر وبصراحه غالي ما انصح احد بيه تحديث بعد مرور عام بصراحه الخدمه اتحسنت كثير عن الأول و العاملين خدمتهم صارت ممتازه فعلاً و الأكل طعمه صار رائع بس لسه الأسعار غاليه 😂

::Firstly this restaurant is meant to be a five star restaurant but the service was not equivalent to 1 star restaurant. I ordered a steak as most of the items I wanted was not available and my wife ordered crispy chicken. The 120 SAR steak was served cold and the soup with it was probably out of the fridge. This was probably the worst service I experienced hands down. This is an expensive restaurant and we spend hard earned money for a good experience food and hospitality wise. But the value of money you get here is highly disappointing. Apart from that the Manager in the same branch is the worst manager I have come across. When I reached TGI Fridays Tabuk branch there was a lot of crowd, so there was a nice waiter taking down names and sending people in order. Then in between the manager intervened and was sending the Arab first. He skipped my name and did not call my name out and then the waiter came and told him that I was suppose to go he refused and insisted or sending the arabs. And when I tried to enquire as to what the issue was he said rudely I called your name 2-3 times and I failed to respond. I then said alright I did not hear what next (even when I knew he was lying) as it was a weekend I did not want to ruin my day getting into an argument. After some delay the orignal waiter came back and apologised profusely and said I will send you next. The manager looked a lot insecure about his position and was trying to order his waiters and did not seem to treat them fairly. I will also attach my recipt in a moment.

::I often go here with my friends. We love the food and the cozy interior of the restaurant. Very accomodating staff and professional manager. We love celebrating special occasions here. International quality of food and service. I highly recommend.
