  Good customer relations. No negligence shown, every customer is given proper response. It's been there for over 6 years since I have been here in Saudi Arabia. Price range is not for walk-in customer, Yes they are competitive, they are one among the three travel Agencies on the street. Wait is never a problem with this branch as you have the areas best restaurants nearby 500m, Opposite to Sesma Building one of the business centre in that area, nice residential buildings, and a busy road.
