  The check in process takes long time. The parking is not free and charged per day for 30 rs. The staff are not experience in how to welcome the customer. My luggage left in the lobby for more than one hrs, till i just go to the lobby and found my luggage on the floor. I asked the bellboy why not to bring my luggage he replied i don't know for whom its belong. The furniture very old and not comfortable. Horrible , shocking and awful experience i will not come back.

  It's a cosy and warm hotel. It's right in front of the main street, which leads you direclty to the prophet's (PBUH) visiting area.

  This hotel is pretty close to gate number 7. And you can see the haram from the window. The rooms are quite clean and well maintained. The only thing that bothered us were the unwashed cushions on the bed. Everything else seemed freshly washed. Breakfast buffet is great and we really enjoyed the fūl. The breakfast breads were fresh and soft. Fresh fruit salad was great. The only con was the reception staff. Quite slow and impolite. If you want to get anything done ask the bell boy, he'll help you through. It's kind of sad to see rude reception staff in the land of the Ansar.

  I do highly recommend to stay her. The staff are very friendly and their hospitality is always preceeding them. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The food is excellent which contains different varieties.

  Very nice and quiet place. Rooms are classically decorated and furnished. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Price is good for the service. Near to Haram.
