  Great gym but not better than FT, this is my personal opinion.

  If you can't decide which gym to go to, go to Gold's Gym. It's a cosy passtime place for my after work hours.

  A lot more better than AlZahraa branch, it's a lot cleaner and has bigger space and more lockers. The showers are working and the water is warm and hot.

  Bad management and broken ice room , Work team at the gym are nice people, but customer service are superply bad and unresponsive

  Not as it used to be, since a lot of qualified and experienced trainers were released or replaced with not up to the previous standards in 2005. Marketing campaigns are more financial than client services oriented.
