  Nice gym with most of the needed facilities (locker room, swimming pool, shower area, cardio area and etc). Usually crowded in the afternoon and early evening though!!!

  Use to be good. But now very poor service and poor cleanliness. Not good trainers

  My favourite branch so far, the gentlemen's side is fully equipped and has all the necessary facilities that you'll need in a gym. This branch is open 24/7, which is a huge bonus for when you want to sneak in that quick morning workout before work.

  Not as it used to be, since a lot of qualified and experienced trainers were released or replaced with not up to the previous standards in 2005. Marketing campaigns are more financial than client services oriented.

  The best ladies gym in the kingdom. Such a sporty and professional atmosphere. What I like about this gym is that they attract their customers with real time fitness goals rather than luxury marketing and alluring customers by overspending on ambience and equipment (which by the way are top notch in gold's gym). And their instructors are all really professional and well trained. The Zahra branch has an aqua pool which is great..
