  Over all it's a decent gym to go to but there are no coaches to guide the members through the weight workout unless it was a private trainer with extra payment.

  The place is small and lacks equipment, but the coaches are very adorable and professional. It has a swimming pool, with a depth of 80-120 meters, good for children and the elderly. There is a modest cafeteria, 2 locker rooms incloud Sauna, steambath, restroom and showers. The gym location is excellent as it is close to many services, restaurants and markets.

  The air conditioning is low all over , should be cold as all the gyms.. the water in the cooler is not cold also. When the machine is out of order it stays like that for long time.. I hate the lockers when they made it smaller.. they don't take suggestions in consideration.. hope it will be better soon.

  The instructors at gold's gym are really helpful. It's also clean and hygienic. There are a numerous classes conducted at the gym such as Zumba, Spinning and boot workout. Extensive amount of excerise machines are also available.
