  PSA: Do not use Gouba Jewelers. Back in November, I took a 40 inch 18k heavy gold chain to them to have it shortened. They lost it and blamed the goldsmith, the ministry and even me and refused to take responsibility. It took me months and threatening to call the police for theft to even get them to take any action. After FOUR months, they gave us a 20 inch chain and said take it or leave it. Do not shop with these frauds or leave your jewelry for repairs with them!
