  if actually there's a zero stars one i would've pressed it. The houses are old and the things in the house like the windows, the doors are not durable.If you have kids i don't recommend you to come here because literally nobody goes out even if it's 7 o'clock and we don't have a market there's this vending machine that barely works and the food inside it is so bad.And if you play squash, sadly there's no squash court and on thursdays nobody gets out.I lived here only for 5 months and i already want to leave.

  Gulf Pearl 1 is one of a smaller compounds in Saudi Arabia with good option as an expat for an evening out with your business associates or friends. Staff is very friendly and will give you some recommendations too, on request. However, please do not walk in without reservation and a combination of male female that too different nationalities will lead you to unhappy drive back to your hotel. So take help of an expat resident who knows the compound in charge or the restaurant in charge and get the prior reservation done for you. Overall a very nice option within the city and friendly atmosphere.

  The outdoor pool is great , maintenance services is the worest ever ,good location
