  They are BAD and they know it, if I could rate them with ZERO stars I would. The absolute worst after sales and customer care services I've ever encountered. Customer service numbers that don't answer your calls for days, a workshop that lies to you and keeps you coming back over and over for the same defects, they always miss deadline for fixing your device and don't have the courtsey of even calling you. Until you threaten to involve the ministry of trade and commerce then everything miraculously works fine!!! To make things worse this is their only workshop which is in the middle of the most traffic congested areas in Riyadh, no parking spaces, no reception area, I was once sitting on an old and destroyed couch with a workshop employee sleeping beside me while on a break. Funny thing is that they don't even bother to have you fill in the satisfaction questionnaire they have on their maintenance order because they know how bad they are.
