::edited: just had an experience that forced me to shave two stars off their score. Asked for an onionless Super Star, which came with onions. Ordered regular chicken tenders. Got spicy chicken tenders. When we returned the spicy tenders along with their crispy curl side, the regular chicken tenders arrived sans crispy curls. I had to go explain that meals come with a potato side. also the machine didn't have Dew. Tough hill they need to climb to get their stars back. it's one of the few choices in town, so they will get their chance.
