::Waste of time, my new iphoneX not charging but they didn’t replace my phone under warranty. Instead they format it assuming it will work and gave me the phone back next day saying try now. Seriously !? Now it’s not charging again stupids !!! Just to back up and restore the iPhone it’ll take another two days , waste of time ! One more thing, if you are receiving your phone u are not suppose to line up behind those handing in their phones explaining their problems. It should be in a separate window.
