  Nice and big apartments, a little on the worn side. The maintenance is okay. They will provide you with basic furniture. There is bus shuttle to and from the compound to KFSH-D. There is a small convenient store with most essential items. The location is very good and near to many big malls. Quite and safe neighborhood.

  Very small places to park Maintenance is no more very poor Furniture is in very poor condition Matreses are worn out Light bulbs are none functional Electrical appliances mostly not working The entrance is unclean But apartments are big and roomy The idea is great the place is adequate but needs a lot of tender loving care and better maintenance
