  I would like to know about weight lifting machines. Do you provide machines for all kinds of muscles? Or just the main ones.

  This place is fair, not the best, yet has room to grow better. It has the best LesMills classes u could find given by few of the best sport instructors. They are the reason I'm still going there.

  Really nice place Very clean and organized place The gym provides variety of services. Very competent trainers. Only thing that need to be improved is the kid waiting area. It is a very useful service and very organized but need to be expanded to accommodate the increase in number of customers.
