  They microwaved our burgers which made them sponge like texture and very dry to eat. Also microwave is bad for health..they need to be aware of this.

  It says its open, and I called it also says they are open from 10-1 am but there was no response till 11 ! .___. After ordering they said it will take 45 min, Had been waiting forever, they did not deliver my order at all 😊 So far they win by the worst costumer service ever

  The food is good, but the preparation and service is terrible. The cooks are robots that do not care. Customer service does not exist. I continue to visit the place because I like the meals. The management needs to focus on pleasing the customer, and this you will not find folks.

  Very good location, immediately after Othaim Market. Fast Food point.
