::Zero doctor–patient relationship skills. Fails miserably at putting the patient at ease. My dentist didn't explain anything as if i was supposed to know everything before coming. Unwelcoming, cold, uncommunicative and condescending...almost like a village doctor were the doctor is considered all-knowing and you are not allowed to ask anything nor is he required to explain anything and that you should be grateful that he saw you. The only breath of fresh air about this clinic is the nurse...about the only one who you will be greeted by with a smile.
